CGR-AF façade Channel with Grid
CGR-AF façade channels with fixed-height grids and closed bottoms are designed to collect and convey surface runoff near thresholds, façades, paved surfaces, and green roofs. Upon request, the channel can be supplied with a draining bottom to collect and convey water to the MediDrain drainage layer of the system.
CGR-AF channels allow for rapid removal of rainwater from critical design nodes, such as at the base of the threshold where the waterproofing membrane’s vertical fold is located. The components are easy to install and have a long lifespan thanks to the high quality of the materials used.

A grid from the available GR-IA range in galvanized steel or, upon request, stainless steel can be applied to cover the CGR-AF façade channel. This gives the designer complete freedom to integrate the technical detail into the architectural composition. Upon request, grids can also be produced according to specific designs. The most commonly used types are:
GR-IAS: 30×10 standard grid, mesh size
GR-IAL 3: 3 mm linear grid
CFT-AF FAÇADE CHANNEL WITH GRID FOR WOODEN DECKS
CFT-AF draining façade channels are a drainage solution for terraces where a wooden or WPC flooring is planned on a supporting steel, wood, or aluminum frame. The body of the draining channel must be fixed to the structure, while the upper grid will retain any leaves or similar debris, facilitating their subsequent removal. Standard sizes are available in heights of 21, 25, and 30 mm. For greater heights, rigid compensation elements can be inserted below the channel body, raising the installation point of the element.
