Applications
MediSave 3D anchoring system integrated with the Harpo verdepensile system to allow safe access, transit and maintenance on roofs where no perimeter guardrails are provided. The full integration of MediSave 3D into Harpo verdepensile systems ensures extreme ease of installation and full functionality when fully operational of both the security system and the green roof system, without interference.

MediSave 3D anchoring system
Permanent anchoring devices designed to be integrated into Harpo green roof systems. MediSave 3D is in accordance with EN 795:2012, CEN/TS 16145:2013 and type C and type A UNI 11578:2015, it is suitable for securing people working for maintenance at the edge of flat roofs and with an inclination up to 5° max.
The device will be assembled directly on site, integrated with the green roof technological stratigraphy and will be subsequently ballasted with appropriate bulk material weighdown. The ballasting will be evaluated by the manufacturer depending on the conditions of use but will commonly require the installation of about 8-10 cm TerraMediterranea compacted substrate, for a total weight of no less than 720 kg (75 kg/sqm) in dry conditions.
The overall height of the pole measured at the center of the eyebolt is 29.1 cm.
All installed products shall be clearly, indelibly, and permanently marked using a method that has no detrimental effect on the material.
The marking contains the following information:
- the product identification code
- the manufacturer’s batch number or component serial number (last 2 digits year of manufacture)
- the NAME and trademark of the manufacturer or supplier
- the reference standard and type of product
- the maximum number of simultaneously insured users
All products are guaranteed 10 years for galvanized steel components, 15 years for stainless steel components, 20 years for polymeric components. The fall arrest devices are also equipped with appropriate signage. The fall arrest system, upon completion, is accompanied by Certification containing:
- Certification of product conformity
- Declaration of correct installation after on-site verification
- System use manual
- Maintenance record
- Graphic design drawing
