THRUST BRACKET AS A STABLE CONTAINMENT AT THE EDGE OF GREEN ROOF SYSTEMS
TSH 80 thrust bearing bracket (Cod VP 9563) made of stainless steel for use at the edge of green roof systems combined with draining containment profiles of the PPD or PBD type to transfer the shear forces of the sloped green roof system (minimum slope 10°) to the supporting structure. The combination of the PPD and PBD draining containment profile with the TSH 80 thrust bracket offers interesting alternative to a traditional containment made with perimeter curb.
The part of the bracket resting on the support that is to be mechanically fixed has 3 holes for its anchoring to the supporting structure (8mm holes).
The maximum load-bearing capacity per bracket is 150 kg; the calculation regarding the pitch of the brackets by design should be evaluated according to the design conditions.
Installation
The brackets should be mechanically fastened aligned parallel to the roofing edge near a perimeter eaves channel. The fasteners will then be waterproofed with a patch of the same material used to waterproof the roof.

The combination of the Harpo PPD and PBD draining containment profile with the TSH 100 thrust bracket offers an interesting alternative to a traditional containment made with the perimeter curb.
