Drenalite is an exclusively mineral material of volcanic origin based on crushed and screened zeolitic tuff of coarse grain size belonging to a single grain size class (30-60 mm).

Compared with our lapilli it has a higher weight and less vascularity. It differs positively in its higher cation exchange capacity. Drenalite is placed on top of the MediDrain drainage panel and below the MediFilter MF1 geotextile filter.

Uses:

For green roof applications where thicknesses greater than 40-50 cm are required
