TerraMediterranea TMLight is designed to excel in lightness without sacrificing the durability that distinguishes the mineral substrates in Harpo’s TerraMediterranea range. This was achieved by working on increasing the pore size distribution between the granules, without substantially varying the raw materials used. The result is a highly porous substrate with an optimally balanced hydraulic conductivity curve that allows for both high permeability and excellent runoff attenuation.

The Harpo R&D laboratory performs continuous monitoring on the production of TerraMediterranea TMLight substrate. Performance and tolerances are declared on an analytical and statistical basis according to a rigorous specific process defined by Harpo’s UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 quality management system. The substrate adheres to the UNI 11235:2015 standard.
